(1 Vacancy, Bachelor's Degree required; CPA qualification is an added advantage)

What You'll Do
- Oversee and manage the accounts payable processes, ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and on time.
- Maintain and reconcile AP ledgers, ensuring that all payments are properly recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution of payment-related issues.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities by providing insights on cash flow and operational expenses.
- Lead and guide the AP team to improve operational efficiency, ensuring best practices and compliance with financial policies.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience using accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with vendors and internal teams.
- A strong work ethic, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
