What you’ll do

  • Be accountable for the people, fleet, vehicle workshop, and daily operations of the transport team.
  • Ensure all the students' & staff buses arrive on time daily and any incidents are resolved promptly.
  • Work with all Head Office & Academic teams to organize their transport needs.
  • Ensure the fuel consumption is as per the KPIs.
  • Plan for students' & staff routes ensuring their safety is prioritized at all times.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Logistics or transport-related fields. A degree is advantageous.
  • Experience of not less than 3 years in a leadership role managing a Fleet of more than 30 cars.
  • Must be computer literate (Ms. Office), have knowledge or worked on fleet management software, vehicle tracking software, and be competent in written & spoken English & Swahili languages.
  • Work ethics: Punctual, detailed, able to self-manage, positively take constructive feedback, great at teamwork, and have a spirit of volunteership and care for children.
