Roles & Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities
- Plan for audit engagements, supervise the execution and ensure teams deliver quality work which meets firm’s standards and complies with other relevant accounting and auditing standards.
- Build and maintain client relationships by fully understanding their needs and expectation and endeavour to exceed them.
- Provide on the job coaching to the junior members of the team and contribute to their professional development.
- Pursue opportunities in the market and get involved in business development initiatives.
Requirements

- Ability to work with teams of diverse background.
- Strong communication skills.
- Project management skills.
Required experience and qualification
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Recognized accounting profession qualifi cation (CPA, ACCA, etc.)
- Master’s in Public Health Monitoring and Evaluation (Public Health M&E) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of five years in the provision of professional assurance services in public sector, international development partners (IDA), donor funded projects and non-government organizations (NGOs).
- Reasonable understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
- Knowledge of International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) will be an added advantage
