Branch Manager (2 Positions)

Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Job Purpose

To take a lead in driving the business growth, ensuring operational excellence, managing risk, and delivering superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve branch profitability.
• Lead, coach, and manage staff to ensure high performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder engagements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Banking, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, business development, and risk management skills.
