What you’ll do

Role purpose:

The purpose of the Business Analyst role is to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This position is vital in understanding and analyzing business processes, gathering, and documenting requirements, and ensuring that the solutions developed align with the organization’s strategic goals.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Process Analysis: Analyse current business processes and workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements to optimize productivity and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Solution Design: Work with the technical team to design and develop solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to stakeholders and senior management, summarizing key findings, project status, and any potential risks or issues.

Must have technical/professional qualifications:

  • Degree: bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years as a Business Analyst or Solution Analyst.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiar with telecommunications and digital services.
  • Industry Experience: Preferably experienced in the telecommunications industry.
