We have an exciting opening for a Business Development Manager. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager the incumbent will be responsible for the following deliverables;
Implementing the agreed sales strategy in order to grow the market share of the company by meeting the set sales targets.
Establishing sustainable relationships with brokers, agencies and other financial institutions in order to generate business.
Distribution of the company products to corporate and related organizations
Continuous networking in order to increase the brand awareness for the company
Continuous scanning of the external environment to ensure the continued relevance of the sales strategy of the company
Qualifications and Experience required
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or insurance related qualification.
At least 10 years sales experience in Life Insurance
Proven valid network within the corporate world.
Good planning ability and high-level innovation.
