CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER:

HR World Limited on behalf of our client are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to add value to the company’s growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing sales and marketing efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing and implementing
  strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
• Develop and maintain promotional material inventory of Point of Sale Material for indoor retail execution and outdoor visual sign system for the company brand.
• Plan and coordinate Trade Shows; Farmers Days and Company sponsored exhibitions that promotes brand awareness and brand visibility.
• Work collaboratively with the Commercial Team to develop campaigns, testimonials, Ambassadorial Program and new product development and introduction strategies.
• Implementing and maintain sales processes designed to achieve specific sales objectives.
• Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• BSc/BA in business administration, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is
  a plus
• Proven experience as Chief Commercial Officer or other relevant roles (10 years)
