We are seeking a talented and dynamic Country Marketing Officer to join our marketing team, reporting directly to the Regional Marketing Manager - EA. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the specific needs of our target market within the designated country.

Your primary goal is to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales initiatives while ensuring alignment with the country’s commercial leads and overall marketing objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Develop Country-Specific Marketing Strategies:
    • Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Manager to create country-specific marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
    • Conduct market visits to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape within the country.
  2. Campaign Planning and Execution:
    • Design, implement, and manage marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels, to reach and engage the target audience.
    • Utilize various marketing tools and channels to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  3. Marketing Messaging Development and Content Localization:
    • Guide on marketing messaging relevant to the market
    • Localize marketing content, including advertisements, product materials, and digital content to resonate with the local audience.
    • Ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand image.
  4. Brand Awareness and Promotion:
    • Enhance brand awareness within the country by planning and executing brand-building initiatives.
    • Collaborate with local partners, influencers, and media outlets to promote the brand effectively.
  5. Digital Marketing and Social Media Management:
    • Guide the products’ online presence and social media channels to increase engagement and drive traffic.
    • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  6. Market Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze marketing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of campaigns.
    • Provide regular reports to the Regional Marketing Manager on the progress and impact of marketing efforts.
  7. Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget for the country.
    • Ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal allocation of resources.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with the local market and cultural nuances is highly advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, and online advertising.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Team player with the capacity to collaborate with various stakeholders.
