Position: Country Programme Lead - Tanzania

Job Description:

• Provide overall programme direction and lead the team on programme implementation.
• Align the programmes to the strategic objectives by setting and managing annual work plans and budgets.
• Ensure that the organisation has agreements in place with relevant government authorities, civil society partner organisations and wider partner organisations to achieve its goals.
• Ensure submission of accurate and timely reports complying with grant agreements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 5 years minimum working experience in the social or international development field in senior programme management.
• Demonstrable experience with programme and grant management, including project planning and budgeting, initiation, implementation, reporting and closure.
• Experience of managing budgets and finances.
• Proven experience of line management of staff.
