JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER CARE 1 POST
Job description
- Give customers information about products and services offered
- To manage customer queries and complaints
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Qualifications
- A minimum of at least a Diploma in fields of business, finance, economics, social sciences, and any other related fields
- Should not be less than 25 and not more than 36 years of age
- At least 2 years of work experience in a recognized Microfinance Institution or commercial Bank with exposure to loan Processing
- Sound knowledge of Microfinance, principles, and practice of banking i.e Credit analytical skills, sales and marketing skills, and strong public speaking skills
