We are looking for Customer Experience Supervisor (Arusha).He/she will be reporting to the Customer Experience Manager TZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, CT, and Public relations 
• 4 years of CS Experience, One year in leadership Customer life cycle management 
• Cs Certification

Key roles:

• Responsible for leading the team in the design, implementation, and execution of strategies that manage customer touch points, activation/onboarding, service support, retention, loyalty, and revenue growth
• He/She makes recommendations and actions to improve subscriber billing, payment channel and posting retention process and exposure to customer retention and revenue risks
