To provide superb customer service by leading and motivating the customer service team, setting customer satisfaction goals, increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention as well as meeting customer expectations
Job Qualifications /Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years in customer service management
- Extensive experience in a call center environment
- Detailed understanding of call centre processes & KPIs
- Good reporting and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to influence and collaborate with a cross-functional team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the confidence to interact at all levels of the organization
