Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- ERP management (Odoo)
- Strategic support to management
- IT support
- Company laptop account & data maintenance
- Training fellow staff in Excel and digital skills
- Digital planning - project management, timelines, etc.
Must Have:
- University degree in IT, business administration, accounting, or a related field
- Professional experience with data management and excellent Excel skills
- Perfect written English & Swahili
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Analytical thinker
Nice to Have:
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills

- The first 6 months are a probationary period on a farming-based salary. Renegotiations after 6 months.
