DEMAND PLANNER
INDUSTRY: MANUFACTURING
On behalf of our reputable client HR World Ltd is hiring a Demand Planner to co-ordinate with the Sales team for getting their demand or forecast and assuring that production, material requirement, and dispatch plans are created, maintained, and communicated on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Responsible for the creation of a statistical forecast in the tool selected for this purpose by the company.
• Liaises with sales and marketing functions to collect their business intelligence inputs for the sales forecast on time for the monthly Demand Review Meeting
• Supports the Planning Manager during the Demand Review Meeting, where the unconstrained demand plan is finalized.
• Provides reports on month-to-month forecast accuracy and stability.
• Effective coordination with supply planners to ensure the availability of finished goods.
• Support the company’s Planning Manager in Sales and Operations Planning meetings, finding optimal solutions to potentially conflicting priorities of the Sales and Production departments.
• Align and develop S&OP Plan with BPP objectives and Sales forecast volumes.
• Expand the S&OP process to include tactical planning at least for the quarter.
• Establish a well-maintained Master Data system and develop & implement technological solutions to translate demand inputs to supply.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or other relevant fields.
• At least 10+ years-based Supply Chain in Manufacturing, Consumer goods industry.
• Experienced in end-user ERP Systems is Must – SAP ERP System preferably.
• Preferred if having exposure to Planning tools like SAP IBP, Kinaxis – Rapid Response, O9 Solutions, etc.
