DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER
INDUSTRY: AGRICULTURE
LOCATION – ARUSHA
On behalf of our reputable client HR World Ltd is looking for a Digital Marketing Officer who will design, build, and maintain social media presence. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and asses against goals

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
• Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Evaluates emerging technologies.
• Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Proven working experience at least 5 years in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
• Good experience and ability to manage social media marketing
• Agency/vendor management skills
• Ability to formulate, implement and monitor a digital strategy
• Ability to ideate and project manage digital tools for the business
• Ability to manage the digital transportation which may be a strong focus for the business going forward
