Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for developing and implementing key growth strategies, tactics and action plans. S/he will be leading all new mill expansion activities, setting up new sales regions, training sales teams and supporting recruitment, overseeing pilots, and overseeing all sales operations. 

Job Qualifications / Experience 

• Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration (Master's Degree preferred) or any other related field. 
• 8+ years of work experience, with 5 years + experience doing country-launch sales implementations 
• Experience working in international/multicultural settings, navigating complicated issues involving multiple stakeholders. 
• Experience and skills in reading and reviewing statistical reports. 
• Strong background and experience in managing remote teams. Social Impact experience, can be from private sector or social enterprise Experience with working in data -rich settings 
• A valid driver's license 
• Experience with driving 4x4 vehicles, preferably manual cars. 
• Experience with navigating rough roads in more remote areas.
