Karanga Leather Industries Company Limited (KLICL) was established in June, 2017 for the purpose of developing and operationalization of the leather industry at Karanga Area, in Moshi Municipality, Kilimanjaro Region. The Company is jointly owned by PPF Pensions Fund and Prisons Corporation Sole (PCS). The Company intends to hire qualified people to all the following vacant positions in the organization structure;

POSITION: DRIVER (3 POSITIONS)

REPORT TO: FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Shall be responsible for handling and driving industrial pool vehicle assigned
• Distributes mails, cheques and other documents to different places
• Keep assigned vehicles clean inside and outside
• Shall keep and maintain the logbook of his/her vehicles as required by the industry
• Maintains accurate, up to date records on trip sheets, customers transportation forms, vehicles maintenance, incident report, accident report and other records that are requested from management
• Fuel the assigned vehicles
• Presents safety briefing to passengers prior to each trip departure

COMPETENCIES:

• Good team player
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• A holder of a certificate of secondary education with class C driving License
• Must have trade test grade III in one of the following subjects; Motor vehicles driving. Motor vehicles mechanics or Auto Electrician
• Five years of working experience with no accident records

WORKSTATION:

Duty station will be in Moshi Municipality, Kilimanjaro Region
