Factory Manager (Ice-cream, Yoghurt and UHT)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Oversee the production process, ensuring that production targets are met
• Monitor product quality and implement measures to maintain quality standards
• Manage the maintenance and repair of production equipment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Optimize the use of resources, including labour, raw materials, and equipment
• Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and sales, to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare and analyse production reports to identify areas for improvement
• Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in the production process
