Maso Farm Enterprises Limited (Maso Sugar) is a dynamic and rapidly expanding sugar manufacturing company situated in Babati, Manyara, Tanzania. We are actively seeking skilled, competent, self-motivated, and creative individuals to join our dedicated team. We have an opening for the following position:

Farm Clerk (Agriculture Division) - Babati, Manyara

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate daily records of attendance, labour allocation, and work performance.
• Collect and compile data on crop production, irrigation, fertilization, spraying, etc.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly farm activity reports.
• Maintain proper filing of plantation documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Support payroll preparation by submitting accurate labour attendance sheets.
• Assist in procurement requisitions for farm supplies and follow up on delivery.
• Monitor and record petty cash transactions related to farm operations.
• Reconcile field expenses with supporting documents before submission to accounts.
• Keep up-to-date inventory records of tools, machinery, and protective equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related qualifications.
• Knowledge of payroll preparation and inventory management is an added advantage.
• At least 2+ years of post-qualification experience in a similar position.
• Basic understanding of sugarcane farming operations is desirable.
