Farm for the future is a large 651-acre farm in Kilolo District. It is a regional development project run in cooperation with local authorities in the Iringa region of Tanzania. The key focus is to deliver a commercially driven, viable farm, which will also provide vocation training in agriculture for youth, local farmers and your single mothers. To support the sustainability or growth of the farm into the future, jobs will be created through food processing and any other “value-add” opportunities that present themselves the farm develop.
Our ambition is to start farming in 2018 andbuild the new building in parallel with fundraising over the coming 3 years

Academic qualifications and experience
· Bachelor’s Degree or Masters in Agriculture
· Excellent computer application skills
· Class C driving license
· 5 year’s experience in Farm Management with a documented track record of result achieved
General qualifications
· Male/female with farm management experience
· Basic knowledge of managing farm finance
· Knowledge and experience ith farming maize and other grains
· Good knowledge and experience of both dairy and beef cattle management
· Excellent people management skills with proven ability in team building
· Highly motivate, self-driven with the ability to drive initiatives to achieve goals
· Have a dynamic approach to identifying new opportunities while adjusting existing farm practices to create efficiencies in production
