Field Sales Agent (Sunflower Oil Sourcing)

Location: Dar es Salaam

Compensation: 250,000 TZS (Fixed for the mission) + 30,000 TZS per "Qualified Lead" (Bonus paid immediately)

A-B-I, a France-based company, is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Field Sales Agent for a 10-day intensive sourcing mission in Dar es Salaam.

Your Mission

• Identify and visit major Sunflower Oil manufacturers/refineries.
• Qualify the suppliers (Verify production capacity and certifications).
• Secure official appointments with CEOs or Production Managers.

The "A-B-I" Qualification Process

A bonus is earned ONLY when the following is completed:

1. The manufacturer sends an official email to A-B-I confirming the meeting.
2. The manufacturer provides their RFC and transfers their official SGS confirmation directly to us.

Compensation (Budget-Friendly)

• Base Salary: 250,000 TZS (Fixed for the mission).
• Performance Bonus: + 30,000 TZS per "Qualified Lead" (Bonus paid immediately upon validation).
• Perks: Lunch provided during joint visits.

Requirements

• Excellent negotiation skills in English & Swahili.
• Proven experience in Sales or FMCG sourcing.
• Professional appearance (Meeting with CEOs).
