Job Overview: Finance Manager

Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in finance and accounting, with strong expertise in financial management, reporting, budgeting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations and reporting
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Manage cash flow, audits, and financial risks
• Provide strategic financial guidance to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA is an added advantage)
• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Proficiency in accounting systems and financial reporting tools
