We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Financial Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in accounting principles, Taxation, and financial reporting. The financial Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations and supporting strategic financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

1. Monthly Financial Disciplinary Files Preparations

2. Assist the Head of Finance in managing the finance Team | Department

3. Supervising All Statutory audits (External and Tax)

4. Preparation of Monthly camps Management accounts

5. Monthly Review of Trial balance

6. Initiate online supplier payments

7. Deferred Income Reconciliation

8. Check quality of supporting documents

9. Prepare TRA and other statutory payments

10. Any other Duties as assigned by the Head of Finance Requirements

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. CPA designation is highly desirable.

3. 4 years plus proven experience as an Accountant in tourism industry is an added advantage

4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

5. Experience in handling TRA| Statutory audits is an added advantage

6. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel| Office

7. Working Knowledge in using accounting software

8. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting

9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

10. Ability to work within the required reporting deadline
