Job description
Role Purpose
- Overall accountability of ensuring company vehicles are serviced and maintained accordingly
- Overall accountability of processing fleet and facilities requisitions
- Promote awareness on safe driving
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Ensure all company vehicles are insured, registered, roadworthy, have valid TLB and observe new legislation
- Obtain weekly vehicle inspection checklist and record accurately mileage and any anomaly reported
- Create awareness to company drivers to adhere to fleet company policies and country traffic laws
- Analyse car tracking system reports to monitor vehicle usage and report any misuse
- Keep accurate records of vehicle service schedules, tires change, battery request and ensure that vehicles are maintained according to the schedule
- Process requisitions for supplier POs
- Prepare precise reports, memos, and documents as requested
- Conduct drive tests for new drivers
- Accomplish any other duties that may be assigned by the fleet manager
Must Have Technical/Professional Qualifications
- At least 3 years’ experience in Fleet administration
- Minimum Diploma Graduate
- Facilities management experience would be advantageous
- Have a valid driving license not less than 2 years
