Summary

The fleet management administrator is responsible for setting up and maintaining all processes related fleets management. He/She is also responsible for supporting Driver Training area activities.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Product management of fleet management
  • Training and support customers on how to work with Scania fleet management
  • Make sure all vehicles with Scania Communicator are activated
  • Act as the market’s contact with the factory
  • Work with the local FMS implementation Local Strategy, Pricing, Dealer Commission, Packaging

Education and experience

  • High school education
  • Previous experience with automotive or transport industry
  • Previous supervisory experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proven organizational skills and administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks carefully and accurately
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and technical awareness of motor vehicles
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build and manage relationships
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Able to work on own initiative and under pressure
  • Awareness and understanding of health and safety requirements
  • General computer skills
  • Fluency in English is an added advantage
