Summary
The fleet management administrator is responsible for setting up and maintaining all processes related fleets management. He/She is also responsible for supporting Driver Training area activities.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Product management of fleet management
- Training and support customers on how to work with Scania fleet management
- Make sure all vehicles with Scania Communicator are activated
- Act as the market’s contact with the factory
- Work with the local FMS implementation Local Strategy, Pricing, Dealer Commission, Packaging
Education and experience
- High school education
- Previous experience with automotive or transport industry
- Previous supervisory experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven organizational skills and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks carefully and accurately
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and technical awareness of motor vehicles
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build and manage relationships
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Able to work on own initiative and under pressure
- Awareness and understanding of health and safety requirements
- General computer skills
- Fluency in English is an added advantage
