Park Hyatt Zanzibar is looking for a food and Beverage Manager whose core task is to Manage all Hotel Outlets and Banquettes services for the Hotel

The ideal candidate has to have the following

  • Minimum 2 years work experience as an Outlet manager in luxury hospitality sector is required.
  • Multi-unit operational experience including event’s management is preferred.
  • Having strong knowledge in Beverage and Mixology is required.
  • Having the passion for designing menu concept.
  • Creative
  • Energetic and interactive personality.
  • Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills.
  • Good guest relations and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, train, coach and motivate staff is essential. 

Professional presentation and customer centric  attitude.

  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
  • Comprehensive computer knowledge in MS Office and POS operation.
  • Good knowledge of financial statements.
