Food and Beverage Manager

About the Role

HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is searching for a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee catering services. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service and high-quality food to our clients. The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador, maintaining food and service standards, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily catering operations to ensure smooth functioning, from food preparation to customer service.
• Manage client feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
• Monitor the quality of food and services provided to customers.
• Plan and create food and beverage menus, considering clients' preferences and special requests (e.g., healthy meals for children).
• Determine ingredient requirements and establish portion sizes.
• Train and manage wait staff and kitchen personnel, promoting a high-performance work environment.
• Oversee food preparation, customer service, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage stock levels, place orders as needed, and report on expenses.
• Arrange food tastings for potential clients to showcase the company's offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• At least 5 years of experience, preferably in the catering or hospitality industry.
• Experience in the hotel industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
