A food processing Company in Kagera Region is seeking to employ a competent person in the position of General Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements:

A mature person. Holder of a university degree in business administration, management, public administration, Law, engineering, finance, or any other. Relevant experience in managerial position is important. Very hard working person with high integrity and excellent interpersonal skills crucial.

Duties:

Overall in charge of all the affairs of the company including (but not limited to) administering staff, securing raw materials, production at factory, purchases, marketing and sales, accounts of the company, dealing with and servicing outgrowers, dealing with all relevant Government Departments, maintenance of plant and equipment, planning short and long-term affairs, daily and periodic duties as necessary. A result oriented person with the ability to produce at full capacity.

Reporting to: Executive Chairman

Remuneration

Very good package including a nice salary, several fringe benefits and a commission based on sales.
