The company designed Graduate Trainee Program aimed at giving a Strong Start to you energetic, fresh graduates from Tanzania who wishes to enhance their acquired knowledge and experience with the Company

Successful candidates will demonstrate an end-to-end understanding of the business chain, lafargeHolcim strategic priorities, and our overarching values.

Program Requirements:

Applicants must have graduated within the last 2 years with excellent academic performance in Engineering(Electrical, Mechanical, Geology, Chemical and Process Engineering), Accounts and Finance, Information Technology(IT), Procurement, Human Resources and Business Administration.

Fluent in English and Swahili, ability to deliver on results, act with integrity, ensure sustainability, care for respect, people, openness, and inclusion.
