Role Purpose
Airtel Tanzania PLC is seeking to engage bright, young, dynamic, highly motivated with a creative mind and of an above average academic records graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program.
Airtel Tanzania Plc Graduate Trainee program is a 16-months fixed-term contract which provides workplace experience underpinned by a carefully designed training program. It allows graduates to gain valuable work experience, skills and knowledge, explore their desired career paths and networking with professionals in the field.
The Program intends to develop a talent pipeline of young leaders and skilled individuals for the core business areas within company and to create opportunities for unemployed graduates with the required qualifications to develop competencies in the digital techno environment.
Among other selection criteria Airtel Tanzania Plc graduate trainees will be selected based on their Intellectual, leadership potential, influencing ability, and ability to see things in a broader perspective.
Interested Graduates must possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any of these fields: Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems/Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering and FinTech with upper second and above GPA.
- Tanzanian citizens not more than 25 years of age.
- Must have 0 - 1 year working experience post studies.
- Must be fluent in English and Swahili Language
- Must be individual who possess excellent communication skills, leadership potential, possess an analytical skill, problem solving skills, ability to learn quickly, adaptability and ready to work in cross functional teams with a passion to serve the needs of our customers.
