A sales and marketing manager will be responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. She or he will also manage both the marketing and the sales staff and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operations goals.

REPORTING TO:
CREATIVE MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submitting them for approval.
• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Communicating with clients about layout and design.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Fine Arts & Design or related fields with a concentration in Graphic Design, Web Development field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years' experience of working as a Web and Graphic Designer or other similar position
• Excellent graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  
  

SKILLS NEEDED

• Creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality
• Must be able to take direction, work with a team and meet deadlines
• Fluency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD or Figma
• Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, PHP, Laravel, and WordPress CMS
• Strong sense of UI/UX design.
• Ability to communicate progress/innovations to other team members. Strong collaboration qualities.
• Ability to proactively manage multiple projects and adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment
• Familiarity with user journeys, API integration, and platform integration
• Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to the success of the group
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
