Job Purpose

Responsible for overseeing and leading successfully the Commercial Banking business, comprising of Trade Finance, Cash management Electronic banking, Business Banking, Small & Medium Scale Enterprises, Non-government organizations & Public Sector clients and transactional banking. Job

Qualifications / Experience 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field of study. 
• MBA, MSC, MA, ML and/or Professional Qualifications is compulsory 
• Minimum of 10 years banking experience, some of which must have been spent performing a similar role in a leading commercial Bank. 
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, products customer segmentation and the political, economic and socio-cultural components of the Tanzanian economy 
• Strategic understanding of the Commercial Banking business 
• Lead gap analysis and ensure a high cross-sell of Corporate products.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiating and problem solving skills, and customer service orientation
• In-depth understanding of credit and financial drivers in the financial services industry
