Job Title: Head of Fleet Operations

Job Summary:

Accountable for providing strategy for all aspects of multiple high-volume supply chain/logistics operations to ensure consistent high-level service quality and customer satisfaction, profitability, cost-efficient operations, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of fleet supervisors, technicians, and administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality performance.
• Oversee and coordinate the maintenance, repair, and replacement of vehicles, equipment, and machinery to ensure fleet readiness and minimize downtime.
• Monitor and analyze fleet utilization, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs to identify areas of improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on fleet performance, budget utilization, and key performance indicators for senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience working with over 200 fleets.
• Proven experience in fleet management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial position.
• Familiarity with relevant fleet management software and technologies.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills in working with Oil and Gas departments.
