Job Purpose 

To Ensure (a) complete legal compliance in all matters that may have any legal implications and (b) prevention & management of unnecessary exposure form internal and external sources. 

Job Qualifications/Experience 

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Law. 
• At least 12-15 years' relevant industry experience; working with large organizations handling various legal & administration activities and as an advocate. 
• Strong knowledge of commercial, civil and criminal law. 
• Sound analytical and research skills. 
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. 
• Computer Skills, Word, MS Access, Excess. 
• Strong organizational skills. 
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Strong writing skills. 

Ability to work well within a team and individually.
