HEAD OF OPERATIONS
INDUSTRY: MANUFACTURING
LOCATION: KIBAHA
On behalf of our reputable client, HR World Ltd is looking to hire a competent Head Operations to lead all operations in the production of our products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Developing and implementing sustainable practices and operating procedures throughout the company.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, in order to improve the process (enhance efficiency, reduce costs and increase quality) and monitor production follow planning schedules including production, while complying to environment and safety regulations.
• Overseeing highest quality is observed in the production process and of the final product that will be delivered by the customer.
• Ensuring Organizational Efficiency among all production departments. Staff Management - Production and maintenance leads.
• Reporting to the MD and CEO on the company's operational performance.
• Prepare together with HOD production schedule to align with the company objectives and production needs.
• Analyze and forecast manpower, resources and financial needs. Oversee implementation of operational processes.
  
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Master's Degree in Business Administration or any other related fields.
• At least 5 years of related work experience in either Manufacturing or Construction Industry.
• Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in operation management, process developments, quality control, standardization of procedures across sustainable multi-practice companies.
