Detailed Description
1. Developing Retail Strategy and plans for KCBT and operationalize with flawless execution in areas of sales and customer service.
2. Supporting and facilitating business development and management including launch and roll-out of new products.
3. Carry out market research to guide the development of pricing strategies, product development and customer service programs.
4. Set annual targets for each Branch and continuously review performance to ensure that each unit meets its targets.
5. Manage employee performance and competence development to ensure delivery of business plans.
6. Optimize resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelors Degree - Business Related
- Professional Qualifications - AKIB, CPA, ACCA
- Masters Degree - Business Related
Additional Details
Total Minimum No of Years Experience Required
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in retail banking with at least 5 years’ senior management experience in Retail Management
- Sales -PB/BB/RB or Sales Manager - At least 5 years
- Credit experience - At least 5 years
- Banking Ops - Cash, Clearing, Accts & Admin - At least 5 years
- Customer service/Relationship Mgt - At least 5 years
- Branch Manager Large/ Medium Branch - At least 5 years
