Head of Retail Development
Location: Dar es Salaam
We are looking for a Head of Retail Development with the ability to understand purpose and agenda and to plan department activities appropriately

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to understand purpose and agenda and to plan dept. activities appropriately
• Ability to evaluate options and come up with effective solutions
• Self-motivated and able to manage own time effectively
• Ability to build effective relationships with team members
• Contributes enthusiastically to team-working
• Has a positive approach, work on time and responding positively to feedback
• Knowledge, skills and good understanding customer’s need
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to plan, prioritize and manage deadlines  

Requirements

• Preferred age 33 to 37 years
  Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration with Marketing from recognized university or Equivalent qualification.
  Minimum 3 years’ experience in senior position for Sales in construction related industry
  Having Computer Proficiency, Interpersonal Communication, Adaptability, Leadership, Flexible, Managerial Skills, Multi-Tasking
