HOPAC welcomes applicants to fill a Director position
Qualifications required for Director Candidate:
- Committed Evangelical Christian
- Bachelor’s degree in Education from a western college or university, Master’s degree in Education
- Minimum of three years teaching experience, international administrative experience preferred
- Ability to provide visionary leadership in strategic planning, educational expertise, and financial oversight
- Manage a leadership team of school principals and operational managers, providing oversight to a culturally-diverse staff of more than 100
- Prepared to commit to a minimum 3-years; preference for a longer term.
It is expected that the Director will raise support in accordance with a sending mission’s policies. A monthly housing allowance is provided by HOPAC to offset some of the support required.
