Hospitality Officer

Location: Bagamoyo, Tanzania

Duties / Responsibilities

1. To host guest, agents and ensure their comfort, satisfaction and personalised attention.
2. To Supervise work at all levels and managing team performance
3. To ensure facilities and services meet quality and cleanliness standards.
4. To monitor and improve customer service practices.

Qualification and Skills Required

1. Proven working experience of at least one year in the high end hospitality industry.
2. Proficiency in English and Kiswahili is required.
3. Ability to communicate operational
4. Certificate or Diploma in hotel management or relevant field.
