Job Description
Hospitality Officer
Location: Bagamoyo, Tanzania
Duties / Responsibilities
- To host guest, agents and ensure their comfort, satisfaction and personalised attention.
- To Supervise work at all levels and managing team performance
- To ensure facilities and services meet quality and cleanliness standards.
- To monitor and improve customer service practices.
Qualification and Skills Required
- Proven working experience of at least one year in the high end hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in English and Kiswahili is required.
- Ability to communicate operational
- Certificate or Diploma in hotel management or relevant field.
