HR BUSINESS PARTNER

HR World on behalf of our client in Oil and Gas Industry we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with experience in the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:

• Developing the HR agenda.
• Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
• Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
• Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
• Managing staff wellness initiatives.
• Improving relations between staff and employers.
• Evaluating staffing needs.
• Overseeing recruitment efforts.
• Managing and allocating HR funds.
• Engaging with heads of department.
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in the similar field
• Strong leadership skills.
• good experience in manufacturing Industries
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical skills.
