Job Purpose:
Align and translate business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on HR related issues.
Main Responsibilities

Work in partnership with other HR team members to develop and coordinate the best practice HR strategies, policies, initiatives, and procedures.

Act as a liaison to make sure the business receives optimal HR services, provide proactive and responsive service on all aspects of HR strategy, policy and procedures.

Manage and orchestrate the talent & management development process to identify key talent, key roles, future potential talent and succession plans.

Ensure positive implementation of new strategic HR change initiatives, translating the strategy to a practical approach with the management of the business unit.

Manage, coordinate and provide advice to the business on employee relations issues to improve work relationships, in return to build morale, increase productivity and retention.

Monitor quality and compliance on Performance Management process as well as ensuring performance culture is instilled among employees.

Support line managers in identifying training needs for their respective business units and ensure implementation of training framework together with the specialists from COE.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Social Science or any other related field.

Master’s degree /HR Certification is an added advantage.

At 5 years’ of work experience in HR Business Partnering; 2 years’ experience in banking or financial institutions is preferred.
