Job Purpose

HR, Operations & Administration Officer is responsible for providing advice, consultation and facilitation on a comprehensive range of HR, Operational and Administrative issues

Job Qualifications / Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human resource management, management or related field 
  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in Human resource management, operations and administration
  • Strong organizational skills and management experience  
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Ability to meet deadlines and keen attention to detail Flexible, reliable, adaptable, responsible, and team oriented
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems)
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills Excellent oral & written presentation skills in English and Swahili
  • Experience managing staff with diverse backgrounds 

Ability to communicate effectively across a range of seniority levels

The ability to keep sensitive information confidential
