Job Purpose
HR, Operations & Administration Officer is responsible for providing advice, consultation and facilitation on a comprehensive range of HR, Operational and Administrative issues.
Job Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human resource management, management or related field
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in Human resource management, operations and administration.
- Strong organizational skills and management experience
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Ability to meet deadlines and keen attention to detail Flexible, reliable, adaptable, responsible, and team oriented
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems)
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills Excellent oral & written presentation skills in English and Swahili
- Experience managing staff with diverse backgrounds
Ability to communicate effectively across a range of seniority levels.
The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
