Epvate & Fortune International Consulting Ltd (EFIC) is the market leader in management consulting and HR consulting services. We are a one-stop center for turn-around consulting, Training, recruitment, Research, Digital information, outsourcing, and consultancy. With our Headquarters at PSSSF Commercial Tower, 9th floor, Sam Nujoma Road in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, EFIC is seeking to employ two Human Resources Business Partners who will undertake the responsibilities mentioned below.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
- Provide strategic HR guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
- Advise managers on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to inform business decisions.
- Lead change management initiatives and organizational transformation projects.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and culture-building programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree or HR professional certification (e.g., CPA HR, SHRM, CIPD) is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in HR management or HR Business Partner roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and influencing abilities.
- Ability to work strategically while managing operational HR tasks.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
