Human Resources Manager
Qualification and Experience: master in human resource management with not less than three years experience, postgraduate in law mediation and arbitration is an added advantage.
Duties:
- To collect, analyse, tabulate and maintain personnel records and statistics.
- To administer recruitment, promotions, remunerations, pensions, leave, terminal benefits and staff location.
- To assist in office management, personnel management, industrial relation and staff welfare.
- To handle general disciplinary matters for junior staff.
- To prepare general manpower planning, training, and career development programs. administer salaries and other staff remuneration.
- To identify manpower needs and proper utilization of human resources. to review schemes of service and staff regulation. performing any other assigned duty
