HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
INDUSTRY: PHARMACEUTICAL
On behalf of our reputable client HR World Limited is looking for a Human Resources Manager to monitor, control and handle the HR related functions for multiple companies in the group

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Handling the Government agencies i.e. OSHA, FIRE, and MUNICIPAL for various inspections, certificates, and related Compliances,
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Advice the management and guide on any sensitive issues related to employees for taking appropriate decisions, hands-on knowledge, and experience to handle the legal cases, court matters, CMA, etc.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any other related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of working experience with a reputed Trading/ manufacturing company in Tanzania.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
