POSITION: Information Services Infrastructure Administrator 

INDUSTRY: Manufacturing 

REPORTS TO: IT Manager 

JOB LOCATION: Tabora 

JOB PURPOSE 

Maintaining and optimizing information technology infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operations, responsible for overseeing the deployment, management, and maintenance of the company's information services and involves in monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to support our manufacturing processes and objectives. 

PREFERRED EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is preferred 

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE 

• Microsoft Certification (MCSE/MCSA or Microsoft - Administering Windows Server 2016 or Later) 
• Experience with Network Operating Systems, Windows Server 2016 (Active Directory, IIS, TCP/IP) 
• Experience of high performance computing and networking and internet technologies including Cisco Products 
• Knowledge of security management on deployment of Anti-virus software and Microsoft Windows Security Patches would be 
• Experience with third party Windows Backup Software and ability to maintain Backup Standard Operating procedures. 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 3 years experience working as Information Services Infrastructure Administrator. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Network Router and Switch Administration 
• HP Computer and Server Hardware Configuration
• Server and Computer Antivirus management
• Microsoft 2016 Exchange User administration
