To strengthen our growing Integrated Solutions -Technical Operations Department, we are recruiting for Integrated Solutions Operations Technical Manager in our IS- Technical Department, to be based at Head Quarters in Dar es salaam, Tanzania.
The incumbent will join the strong & busy IS Technical team responsible for maintaining efficient and accurate business functions. The duties that include but are not limited to: -
- Effective management of the technology contract financial performance- Manage profitability of contracts with a focus on maintenance, sustainability, cost effectiveness and labour.
- Effective management of staff- effective organization, development, and leadership.
- Effective management of operations - Managing the Maintenance/Project process flow and activities that have a direct/indirect impact on the outcome and success of contract.
- Effective management of business development function and this includes new business development and competitors’ evaluations.

Minimum Qualifications and experience
- Formal Security Management Training advantageous
- Electronic Security Services Management (3yrs – Management or similar)
- Extensive experience w.r.t. implementation of the following systems:
- CCTV
- Access Control
- Intruder Detection
- Fire Detection
- Fire Suppression
- Experience in Sales of Corporate (Large) Projects
- Control Room Service experience
- Financial Management relative to Security Industry
- Good conceptual interpretation and presentation of Financial and Operational Reports to Executive Management.
Software Knowledge Level
- Broad knowledge of Time and Attendance.
- Broad knowledge of Access Control.
- Broad knowledge of CCTV
- Strong knowledge base on communication protocols i.e. TCP/IP.
- Basic Computer literacy and proficiency.
- Windows
- MS Office Suite (Full)
