Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Balance accounting entries to ensure that correct journal entries were processed and to avoid  firm breaks
• Fans deport to ensure sufficient funds for by trades and avoid fails due to insufficient funds
• Ensure all capturing/ processing, matching, and settlement of all trades to the accounting system timeously which includes: equities, fixed incomes, derivatives, unit trust/ CIS investments, call transfers, SWAPs, FX deals etc
• Preparing money instructions for any unlisted trade settlements where necessary: physical MM, Private placements, off Market trades investments
