Internal Settlement Officer

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily international trade settlement, including advisor notification and reporting, processing of FX transactions and funding instructions.
• Entry of international transaction data into the portfolio reporting service database
• Assist with international holdings reconciliations process and quarterly/annual tax reporting processes
• Liaise with our service provider(Pershing LLC) to ensure timely and accurate responses to  adviser/desk assistant queries
• Communicate with the Team Leader and assist with investigations to ensure all queries/issues are resolved in a timely manner.
