IT TECHNICIANS [2 POSITIONS]

HR WORLD LTD on behalf of our reputable client, we are looking for IT Technicians who are able to diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software components for efficient system operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Installing and configuring hardware and software components.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
• Upgrading systems to enable software compatibility.
• Installing and upgrading anti-virus software and security systems to ensure network security.
• Performing tests and evaluations on software and hardware.
• Offering information and support to users.
• Perform data backups.
• Maintaining relationships with different employees and departments.
• Submitting reports as per the management requirements.
  
  

QUALIFICATION;

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and understanding of computer networks and systems
• Discretion and confidentiality.
• Flexibility in work culture.
• Good problem-solving skills, Interpersonal and Organizational skills
